Corey and Scott Van Dyke are the dynamic duo with years of real-world entrepreneurial experience. From running the bustling Broadway Brew coffee shop to managing a multi-million dollar sales company, they've proven their knack for spotting opportunities and building successful businesses from scratch. With their leadership, vision, and a touch of courage, they're steering the Outta Bounds driving range startup to success.
Nathan VanDyke, Co-Owner, and Co-Manager, is a jack-of-all-trades with a wealth of diverse experiences. From working in pizza kitchens to landscaping and teaching PE, Nathan brings a rich tapestry of skills to our team. With a love for golf since the age of 12 and certification as a physical education teacher, he's a master at creating enjoyable experiences for all.
Zach VanDyke, Co-Owner, and Co-Manager, is another integral part of our team. With years of teaching PE and landscaping experience under his belt, Zach's reliability and dedication shine through. His love for golf, cultivated over a decade, drives him to create a fun and supportive environment at the driving range. Plus, his enthusiasm for pizza adds an extra dash of flavor to our team dynamic.

Our Story
In essence, we're all about fun and golf. Scott's had a vision for a target-based driving range on our Manhattan land for over 25 years, predating even Top Golf. Finally, in 2023, with Top Golf's popularity and a need for public golf courses in the Gallatin Valley, his vision gained traction. Nathan and Zach have taken a break from teaching to help launch and manage Outta Bounds Golf.
Bozeman and the surrounding areas lack family entertainment hubs. We're dedicated to making Outta Bounds Golf a destination for all ages and people, not just golf enthusiasts. Our goal is simple: for everyone to unwind and have a blast!
Our Progress
- 2023:
Formulated, discussed, and fine-tuned plans, including finding the perfect target (see video!)
- Jan/Feb 2024:
Made numerous phone calls, submitted applications, attended meetings, and scheduled appointments.
- March 2024:
- Start pre-land preparation work, continued planning, and focused on computer tasks.
Completed Beer and Wine Application and passed Health Department Inspection.
- April 2024:
Commence dirt work, coordinate with electricians, construct the clubhouse, and install concrete berm.
- May 2024:
Complete clubhouse construction, drill water wells, install septic tanks, and finish bathrooms.
- June 2024:
Place and finalize targets, construct Gazebos, and undergo final inspections.
- July 2024:
- Grand opening on July 4th, officially open for business!
