HOW IT WORKS

  1. Pick an option (A–D)
  2. Choose a date (fundraiser pricing is designed for specific nights)
  3. Promote + sell tickets / gift cards (your organization handles sales)
  4. Host + raise funds — we run the bay experience; you bring prizes (and an emcee for bingo)

WHO PROVIDES WHAT

Outta Bounds Provides:

• Bays + staff support 

• Song Bingo format + bingo cards (when applicable)

• One Whiffer Golf pass per person  for Options B–D 

• A future bay rental donated as a raffle prize (Options B–D)

• Setup/breakdown time: 15 minutes before + 15 minutes after (Options B–D)


Charity Provides:

• Ticket sales + check-in 

• All prizes 

• Optional add-ons (raffles, mulligans, sponsorships, silent auction, etc.)

• Song Bingo options (C & D): your group supplies an emcee

• Option D only: the food (charity-provided dinner)

PICK YOUR FUNDRAISER OPTION

OPTION A — GIFT CARD FUNDRAISER (SELL ANYTIME)

Sell Outta Bounds Golf gift cards and keep 50% of every card sold. No event required — sell over 2–4 weeks and collect your fundraiser money.


Supporter receives: 1 free bay hour (up to 6 people) + 6 Whiffer Golf passes
Card pricing: $50 per card (a $20 card option is also available)

OPTION B — CASUAL OPEN HOUSE FUNDRAISER (MON–WED)

A flexible 2–4 hour fundraiser window where supporters can drop in, rent bays, and support your cause in a relaxed, open-house style.


OB fee: $20 per bay / per hour
Capacity: max 6 participants per bay
Drinks: No outside drinks (drinks available for purchase)
Guests receive: golf time + 1 Whiffer Golf pass per person
Included extras: setup/cleanup time (15 minutes before/after) + raffle bay rental prize

OPTION C — SONG BINGO + GOLF (MON–WED)

A 2-hour structured event where everyone plays together at the same time. High energy, easy for groups to run, and strong fundraising potential.


Suggested ticket: about $25 per person
OB fee: $40 per bay (2-hour gameplay)
Guests receive: golf + Song Bingo + 1 Whiffer Golf pass per person
Important: Fundraiser must supply an emcee for Song Bingo
Drinks: No outside drinks (drinks available for purchase)
Included extras: setup/cleanup time (15 minutes before/after) + raffle bay rental prize

OPTION D — SONG BINGO + GOLF + CHARITY-PROVIDED FOOD (TUESDAY ONLY)

A 3-hour event: 1 hour food + 2 hours Song Bingo & Golf. Biggest “event feel” and highest fundraising potential.


Suggested ticket: about $35 per person
OB fee: $50 per bay (2-hour gameplay)
Guests receive: golf + Song Bingo + dinner + 1 Whiffer Golf pass per person
Important: Fundraiser must supply an emcee for Song Bingo
Food: Outside food allowed with Option D (charity-provided dinner)
Drinks: No outside drinks (drinks available for purchase)
Included extras: setup/cleanup time (15 minutes before/after) + raffle bay rental prize

What fundraiser options do you offer?

We offer four options—

Gift Card Sales (Option A), 

Casual Open House style fundraiser (Option B), 

Song Bingo + Golf (Option C), and 

Song Bingo + Golf + Charity-Provided Food (Option D).

Which option is best for us?

• Option A: best for “easy money” with very low effort
• Option B: best for visibility + giving supporters a fun way to show up
• Option C: best balance of fun + strong fundraising with low charity workload
• Option D: biggest fundraising potential (more work for the charity)

How do we book a fundraiser date?

Call/text 406-920-5276. We’ll help you choose the best option and lock in a date.

How many people can be in a bay?

6 participants per bay for Options B–D.

Can we bring outside drinks?

No— drinks are not allowed for any fundraiser option. Drinks are available for purchase on-site.

Can we bring outside food?

Outside food is only allowed with Option D (because the charity provides the food). 

Do we need an emcee?

Yes—Options C & D require the fundraiser to supply an emcee for Song Bingo.

Who handles ticket sales and prizes?

The charity handles ticket sales. For credit card payments, Outta Bounds Golf can process those transactions and provide a sales summary. Funds from credit card sales (minus credit card processing fees) are paid to the charity one week after the event. The charity also provides all prizes for Song Bingo and raffles.

Can we charge more (or less) than the suggested ticket price?

Yes on options B-D. Suggested pricing is provided, but your organization can set ticket pricing based on your goals.

Do you help us increase revenue beyond ticket sales?

Yes—groups often add: raffles, mulligans, sponsorships, silent auctions, and bake sales.

Do we get time for setup and cleanup?

Yes—Options B–D include 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after for setup/breakdown at the bays.

Are these options available on weekends or peak times?

Fundraiser pricing is designed for specific nights:
• Options B & C: Mon–Wed fundraiser nights
• Option D: Tuesday fundraiser nights only
