Wacky Warm-Ups

Whatever number you land on… you must do it before your next shot.

(Expand the number for detailed shot)

On your mat, tee up your ball, put your forehead on the top of your club, spin 3 times, then step up and hit immediately (no resetting). 😄

Set up with your widest stance you can handle (sumo wide), then take your shot like that. No narrowing once you start your swing.

Take one full practice swing in dramatic slow motion, then step up and hit your real shot normally.

Pick a foot, lift the other, and take one full shot balancing on one foot. Wobbles are allowed—just don’t set the other foot down until after contact.

Start your swing and pause at the top of your backswing like a statue. Count down 5…4…3…2…1… and hit on “1.”

Put your feet fully together (touching) and take one shot like that. You can adjust your grip, but your feet stay glued.

Do a quick 2-second hip wiggle, then say LOUDLY: “IT’S ALL IN THE HIPS!” Step in and hit your shot.

For one shot, either close your eyes OR keep your eyes looking up at contact. No peeking until after you hit.

Take one big inhale, then do a loud, dramatic exhale, then immediately hit your shot.

Do one club twirl (or your best attempt), then set up and hit. If you drop it, it still counts—just adds comedy.

Take one shot with only one hand on the club. Put your other hand behind your back the whole time—no sneaky help.

No matter how the shot goes, do a full Tiger-style fist pump and a serious face. The worse the shot, the funnier this is.
